I think that you should be more or less focussing on the IOS versions your devices are running, mainly focussing on QoS capabilities and SRST on your gateways.
Furthermore I would take into account that you will need PoE ports to connect your phones.
Also, how big are your WAN links between multiple sites, are they big enough to run the concurrent calls you require, and do you have the appropriate QoS?
There is plenty more you can look at. but these are the main ones I can think of. I am sure other forum members can come up with more items.
i am nojt aware of any tools that can automate this for you

i just need a tool to simulate calls g729 on the wan to check if the wan is ready for the ip telephony or not

Hi,
Their are quite a few products that can simulate VOIP calls to test your network but they tend to be $$$$.
A well respected product is IXIA Chariot

To the best of my knowledge few people actually test their networks in this way before deployment.
If you follow the recommendations in the network infrastructure section in the CUCM SRND you should not have any problems.
