i want to ask a question, we have 2 gateway connected by WAN connection and connected with ip phone, and i want to apply MGCP at this gateways IS we need a Media Termination Point to convert from SCCP & MGCP? and how this operation is done?

No need for MTP, CallManager does the translation natively, that's what CM is a protocol converter.
