VoIP to Gateway VoIP Mute

Hello,

We have a CUCM 8.6.2 system at our home office. We have a Voice Gateway that is connected to CUCM at a remote office connected via MPLS. When I dial to the remote office I see that the end user picked up, but I don't hear anything, nor do they.

The only thing that resolves the issue is putting me on the same Voice VLAN as the end user, then dialing. I've set up inter vlan routing so I don't know why when we're on different VLAN's we cannot connect.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

Check if yoy have any firewall, NAT or other device in the path, hindering communication.

There are no Firewalls or NAT involved, the sites are connected by private networked MPLS.
