Do you want to configure Jabber for Android on a CME? If yes then refer to the below configuration:

it is possible not to install a voip server since I have a cisco router  gateway 2911 and wanted to set it to the account sip of users of IP telephony and mobile android

Hi,

There is no need to install a VOIP server as Jabber itself acts as a SIP registrar when you enable "registrar server" command.
