I'm currently facing an issue with configuring the 'telephony-service' command in Cisco Packet Tracer. My intention is to set up a network based on the depiction in the first image. However, I'm encountering an error, and what's perplexing is that the 'telephony-service' command seems to be missing entirely from the command list, as shown in the second image. I'm uncertain about the source of this problem. Can you provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or suggest an alternative solution? Thank you!

For voice / cme commands, you need to have UCK9 license activated.

u can attach your PT file here (in a zip format); perhaps u using wrong router! try 2800s one; 2nd, there are sample labs in PT, find and open them to see what/how/why they are working (PT>File>Open Sample)
no need for uck9 license in PT; it is included for voip routers. it is just PT, a simulator; not real IOS or CUCM, u would not be able to install license or CUCM
