VWIC-1MFT-E1 not coming up

Hi,

I have a 2811 ISR with 12.4 IOS running on it. I have inserted VWIC-1MFT-E1= on the ISR and it is getting detected. In show inventory the

VWIC-1MFT-E1= is showing up. But it is not coming up.

What do you mean by not coming up? Is the controller is not coming up.

It can be number of issues when controller is not coming up.

1) Service provider issue

2) E1 Cable issue

3) Clocking issue.

etc

Send us the configuration and send the show controler output after clearing the counter.

Hi Ronak,

This is a test environment and I am not terminating any PRI. I am using loopback to test the e1 card. Now the amber light is glowing on the e1 card, but if I plug in the loopback it should come up and green light should glow.

Right now the router is down. I cant take the configs. I will update once its up and running.
