I wanted to save one slot in my 2621XM - this is one of main reasons I have bought VWIC-2MFT-E1 instead of 2 one-head controllers. Also I installed 1 AIM-VOICE30. (I need 2 e1 PRIs with only 16 timeslots in each)
I have 2 E1 links, first - from my telephony service provider and second link from my PBX (AVAYA). So i see my future scheme this way:
controller e1 0/0
description - To Service Provider.
pri-group timeslots 1-16
!
controller e1 0/1
description - To PBX
pri-group timeslots 1-16
I want a call arrived from SP will be sent to PBX and a call arrived from PBX well be sent to SP.
But I can not configure times slots on second e1, just see the output...
GK(config)#controller e1 0/0
GK(config-controller)#pri-group timeslots 1-16

Can somebody help?

Please confirm my correct understanding of the commands:
network-clock-participate wic 0 - this tells IOS that Controller in slot "HWIC0" will be watching for synchronization
network-clock-select 1 E1 0/0/0 - this points IOS to watch for synchronization in the exact "head" - 0.
!
controller E1 0/0/0 ! This head will TAKE synchronization from SP
framing NO-CRC4
pri-group timeslots 1-16
description SP PRI
clock source line ! hidden
!
controller E1 0/0/1 ! This head will GIVE synchronization PBX
framing NO-CRC4
pri-group timeslots 1-16
description PBX PRI
clock source internal
!
interface Serial0/0/0:15 - SP Serial
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn incoming-voice voice
no cdp enable
!
interface Serial0/0/1:15 - PBX Serial
isdn protocol-emulate network !!! Is this necessary?
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn incoming-voice voice
no cdp enable
Am I correct?

Yes, I told you the principles before, it's not always necessary to go over configuration.

Yes, I told you the principles before, it's not always necessary to go over configuration. - I am sorry, I really do not understand what this means... Does it means that the principle is - Answer the questions and never give a config?
