We can't hear the caller, but the caller hear us

Call Flow:
PSTN >> SIP Trunk G711 (Level 3) >> CME (ring extension) >> CUE AA with Options >> CME (B-ACD  queue), here is the problem, when the call is pickup by us:

- We cannot hear the caller, but the caller hear us
- The issue doe not happen from internal calls
