Web admin login after restore on CUCM 6.0

Hi

I am not able to login again after restoring data from backup. I have used the OS utility to change password and also name but no luck.

Any thoughts??

Hi,

Which version you used?

In 6.0 we still dont support ccm name change. It was introduce in 6.1.2

Make sure you use, same IP address,same hostname, dns config and ccm version.
