My internal users want to be able to dial 0 for the operator on their phones. We are using 4 digit extensions to dial inside the company and I was wondering if there is a way to assign 0 to an internal extension in Control Hub?
From what I can tell, there is no way to do this. The best bet is to set up the speed dial buttons on everyone's phone to the extension of the operator.
