So my colleague is handling an issue and I’m just trying to help. Basically a user could not connect to their WebEx on their android phone.
From what I understand, WebEx profiles are created in cucm. He recreated the user’s profile to an apple device and webex worked. He managed to borrow a separate android phone; did the same thing and WebEx did not work. So it’s something with the user’s account AND an android profile? My colleague already tried deleting/recreating the profile and same result.
Any idea what would cause this?
