Hi all,
Our client is using uc540 with uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.151-2.T2 IOS and CUE 8.0.3. All incoming calls hit AA. It works fine but once a week or two they complain:
1) The phones in the hunt group are answering calls by them self. The phone turns the speaker on and answers the call
2) For after office hours the AA is supposed to play a message and then give option to transfer the call to external number but sometimes it goes straight through to the mobile bypassing the AA script.
3)some staff members said they got put straight through to the on hold music when ringing after hours as well instead of hitting AA.
System works fine I have checked the call flow throughly but still once in a while they get these issues?
I was thinking to revert to old IOS , could be a bug ?
Any suggestions?
