Hopefully someone else has done this one before. We recently updated our Rauland Telecenter paging system, and now instead of using an FXO port on the gateway to perform remote paging from classroom/office phones, we need to create virtual ports in call manager and assign them remote paging extension numbers. I am unfamiliar with this process, has anyone done it before? Is this done by creating an SIP trunk? How should the trunk be configured? Is there a section covering this somewhere?
