Hi all,
I wanted to reset the phones so they would pick up the correct firmware version.
I've followed and performed procedures from past post:

but none of the 3 helped me reset the phones.
They are now on version:
1 - Cisco Systems - # RELEASE Model=78xx Version=11-0-1SR1-2
that is Version :sip78xx.11-0-1SR1-2.loads
On 4321 in CME mode I've got following relevant files:

Do you know any other way to get them on older firmware so they would work with CME version 10.5?
I can't register them to CME on current version...
