What is the difference between reouting CSS and Out-of-Dialog Refer CSS

Hello Guys

I'm configuring a SIP Trunk and I don't understand the difference between Reouting CSS and Out of Dialog Refer CSS can somene explain it to me and/or copy Cisco Information about it?

For what I have read both are for SIP REFER messages but Out Dialong Refer suplant the header is that right? also to use Out of Dialog Reffer you need to activate it on SIP Trunk Security Profile?
