There is AFAIK no configuration that can alter the behaviour of what you see when pressing the number keys on your phone during EM service login. This is dictated by the underlying programming that is done in the EM service and you can not alter that. What you can do is to write your own EM service and host that on a web server. In this you’ll have control of how you want this to behave.
