When I call people hear me, but I cannot hear them

When I call to another extension, they can hear me, but I can not hear them

What is problem?

Is this two IP Phones? If so, then it's almost certainly an internal restriction on traffic on your network e.g. firewalls or ACLs preventing RTP from reaching your handset.

Are these on the same site/subnet?
