Where are all the enterprise parameters configuration settings? 6.1.2

We have recently inherited a new cluster of call managers to support and when i came to try to update some enterprise paramteter configuration settings the page doesn't list any? Its running 6.1.2 and apart from this everything else seems ok is this a known bug?

1-admin:run loadxml

2-Install the latest device pack
