We have rolled out Voip and voicemail in Poland. For voicemail we have 'location wise" choosen for our German voicemail servers.
The default language for the system is German.
The people in Poland like to have the English message when they personalized there voicemail for the first time.
Does anybody know where to change this.
Also other messages need to be in English.

You did not specify the voicemail system you are using, assuming unity connection simply change the language drop down box to English on each user. Moving forward you may want to change the user template.

thanks Chris for your quick anwer, your right we have unity connection. That was my thought also but it is not working, have checked the language files and they are added. Maybe a reboot of the system will help.

So, when you login with that user even though they have English selected under "Language" under the User basic page?
Rather than rebooting the server you can try restarting the conversation manager service.

Hi Chris, sorry for my late responce but the people who will help me in Warsaw were on holiday.
I've first restarted the the conversation manager service without success.
In the weekend I have restarted the whole server without success again.
I've setup a phone with Polish Credentials asn number here at my desk and I have the English message to enter my pin and followed by the English enrollment message.
When I called the user for more info, is this what I hear: I hear the English message to enter my pin and followed by the German enrollment message.
Meanwhile we were testing I asked him to press the *-button, what changed the enrollment in English.
But I still not undersatnd why i get the enrollment message in English and in poland in German.
Do you maybe know where this setting can be set.
Erick
