Where it's always been ;-)

Go to Unified Serviceability (https://HOSTNAME/ccmservice) and then Tools -> CDR Analysis and Reporting or CDR Management.

Hi Mr Gordon,

CDR not found like you have said

Are you saying that CDR records have not been stored for the phones, or that you can't find the CDR menus?

I am saying that CDR records have not been stored for the phones, and

I have not found the CDR menus when i access to : (https://HOSTNAME/ccmservice) and then Tools -> CDR Analysis and Reporting or CDR Management.

As per Jaime's suggestion, check that you've enabled CDRs.

Go to CCMAdmin (https://HOSTNAME/ccmadmin) System -> Service Parameters. Select your publisher, select the Cisco CallManager service (even if it's marked as inactive), scroll down to the "System" section, and make sure "CDR Enabled Flag" is set to true. You may optionally want to set the "CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag" to true as well if you want the CDRs to show missed/incomplete calls.

For starters, have you enabled the CDR/CAR services??

You can't find the CAR menu if it's not started.
