Hi,
CCM5.0(4),with MobilityManager 1.2.2.0; Using Callmanager DC Directory for user information for MobilityManager.
However, on MobilityManager user configuration, I can add some callManager users, while I can not add some other users although the user profiles are existed in CallManager. And checked all the configuration is the same.
The error message is the following from MobilityManager:
Status: Failed - Cisco Unified CallManager User ID does not exist on the specified Cisco Unified CallManager.
Can someone let me know why I can not add the existing user to MobilityManager while can add some others?

This is caused by a bug ,As a workaround Configure a value for "Digest Credentials" for the user or you need to apply the patch for CCM 5.
