why i can't able to use logitech USB headset on CP-8851

I have USB A Logitech headset I try to connect with Cisco CP-8851 phone then it says USB accessory is connected but could not able hear anything from headset it still works with speaker. is there any solution for that?

Have you selected the headset button on the phone to use the headphones?
