Hi,

the Device and Line CSS is empty ... try again but with the correct Device and/or Line CSS.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I think you are right. but I do use css now.

And what is the result?

Regards

what I meant is the above result of "CUCM Dialed Number Analyzer Results" was produced after CSS had been used. My question is since css had been used, why i got the result:

Partition =
Device CSS =
Line CSS =
AAR Group Name =
AAR CSS =

When you are using DNA, are you selecting Analysis > Analyzer or Analysis > Phone?

DNA will show you what information had been pared to it in terms of Calling Party, CSS, Dialed Digits etc. Since you are saying that the call is making out to PSTN that is not what DNA reveals. Check below:

1) Go to Call Routing >> Route Plan Report >> and check all the possible instances for 1000 in the DB. Click on the Route Detail that will open the phone which had been assigned this extension and check if you have any CSS applied at the DN or Line Level

2) In case, if there are no CSS at all then try to look for the overlapping Route Pattern that could possibly route the call to 95151111 something like 9.XXXXXXX or whatever. You can check the same thing for 95151111 as you did for 1000 in the Route Plan Report

There had to be something which is taking the call out to PSTN from CM. If the above does not reveal  much, then we will need to collect the CM traces to see what exactly is getting hit and how the call is making out to PSTN. DNA as I mentioned again is not the true form of what exactly is happening with the call flow, it is just a representation how the call will work if certain information is passed on to it.
