hi,
a callmanger with ver 4.2 is working with witness 7.7.1 , the cm will be upgraded to 7.1 , will the witness work or not

Hi,
You'll probably need to update at least the CTI Manager from the Witness.
I suggest you to upgrade to an Active Call Recording Solution. It's more reliable and less bandwidth consuming. Witness seems to got one. The wisest thing to do is to build a sandbox and run your tests in there.
I use ASC evoIP Active and it's working perfectly in 6.1.2.

Hi there, you may have already found out by now.
CM 6 and 7 are only supported on Witness 7.8.
You will need to upgrade your Witness platform.
