Hi,
I'm working with a new installation of CPCAssurance 11.5 and a CUCM 11, the issue that I have is that when I try to register the CUCM in the Device Inventory I get an error message that says "Wrong Credentials". I have verified the user, psw and all the user settings acording to the guide http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Setting_up_Devices_for_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance, reloading the cucm, the CPC, verify NTP sincronization but I'm still getting the same error.
Do you know what can be causing this?
Here you have some captures.
Thanks in advanced,

Did you ever get this resolved? We are having the same issue.

Hi,
Yes, the issue was that the CUCM PUB was configured with name instead of an ip address. At that time we didn't have DNS configure in our network.
We configured the CUCM PUB only with ip address and it worked.
