Hi ,
A very small issue here and probably i have the answer but wanted the confirmation on it.
Problem Description : A user extension 62xx has being configured and on calling and other purposes it shows the correct ASCII prompt on the phone screen as well for the same 62xx. But when the user is being searched on the corporate directory ( through my own ccmuser page >> directory ), it has the extension as 62xx and ldap extension 63xx( which is wrong ) ( note : we dont have the ldap integration configured here ).
Clicking on that extension , it asks for login and password, and does not take my credentials.
How do we change this incorrect information on the corporate directory ?

Hi,
CCMAdmin
User Management-->End Users
Search for the user you want to fix
Change the "Telephone Number" to the correct value
Save
Updating the directory can take some time so be patient
