Hi there,
we frequently use the Conference Now feature from our CUCM (running on 12.5.1.14900). Calling from inside we get the correct announcement in German but callers from outside hear the english version which is pretty annoying. The CUCM is connected via CUBE to PSTN.
Checking some posts regarding this problem I already created a Common Device Configuration, set the User Locale to "Deutsch, Deutschland" assigned it to the trunk and reset. Furthermore I change the User Locale for the conference itself to "Deutsch, Deutschland" but still no change. Callers from outside still get the english message.
Does anyone else has this problem? What can I do about it?
