We have migration between the call manager and hyper directory beside the corporate directory , we find that some ip phones can't search in the hyper directory and we noticed that these IP Phones the time format on the screen in correct day/month/year but when we accessed the IP Phone Http we find the time format is month/day/year ,and this is the only thing we noticed in the effected Phones .
Do you have any idea about this issue?

Causing the effected Ip Phones can't access the hyber directory .

Ok.. What model are these affected phones?. Are they all the same model?.
Are you really sure that the time mismatch in the HTTP page of the phone
is causing the problem with HyperDir?.

all the Ip Phones are 7912 , and this error in HTTP is the only wrong thing i noticed with the effected Ip Phones .

Don't you have any other IP Phone Model to test directory service. Just
to make sure that it's not a problem with the 7912s.
Could you also collect a wireshark sniffer capture from the affected phones.
This should help you in collecting the packet capture.
