Hi All,
I have a set of IP Phones running on my network and they all have the wrong time dispaying on them. The time on the CUCM is synchronized with an NTP server which is my voice gateway.
The time on the voice gateway and the CUCM is the same and correct also, however the phones keep displaying a time that is one hour behind the expected time.
Kindly advice on this.
Regards,
Tolulope

Then if it's various type I would say some timezone setting is incorrect.

Like I said in the initial post, the timezone for the CUCM which is supposed to set the time for the IP phones is correct

check your TFTP server reference in your helper-address on your voice vlan.
