I've got a bunch of phones (Model 7941G), out of which a few display the correct time and others don't (they are two hours earlier). Attached is config and some debug output. CME version is 4.2.
Basically, the time/ time-zone etc. seem to be set correctly; but when debuging TFTP events, the time shown in the debug output is two hours earlier. To make the matters more complicated, after factory reset, one phone shows the correct time (the time set on the CME router) and the other displays the time two hours earlier (matches the time that is showing in TFTP debug output). Where is debug getting its time from, and why two phones (after reset and loading of the same firmware) are displaying different time remains a puzzle for me. It might be that I am overlooking something obvious, but I can't put my finger on it...
Please let me know if you are familiar with this problem.
Your help is much appreciated,
Thanks,
-Ladislav

Did you set the correct device type on each phone in ccme?
Then create the cnf files again using
no create cnf
create cnf

Yep. That was it...the problem phones did not have the type defined.
Much appreciated.
