ISR1101 static ipv6 on cellular interface

Hello !

I try to configure a static ipv6 address on the Cellular interface and get the following error message:
"Can't add negotiated ipv6 address".

Error message is also on an unconfigured Cellular interface !

(Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.09.08)

interface Cellular0/2/0
no ip address
load-interval 30
dialer in-band
dialer idle-timeout 0
dialer-group 1
ipv6 enable
pulse-time 1
end

Every time a new connection is established, the cellular interface gets a new ipv6-address from the provider.

I can not see any configured negotiation !

Is there a solution for the problem ? Thanks !
