Hi All,
We are facing an issue with cisco voicemail which is send to a distribution list from call handler .
Even if the first recipient read and deleted the message its not deleted for other members in the list .Every member need to login and delete individually
the user phone is configured as a webex for windows in call manager and using webex phone system which registered in call manger
i see some bug in disptch messages related to jabber profile .seems like its applicable for our case as well .

Dispatch Messaging requires the TUI; it’s the only way a user can accept the message. None of the soft phone apps have implemented support for the accept/defer/reject actions in the GUI.
