How do I delete a custom Status in Jabber?

I mistakenly created a Custom Status and want to delete it. I can't find where I can do this

When you look at the list of status messages you have, when you mouse-over one there will be a red box with an X in it to the right and you can click on it to delete the status. This is only for those custom messages.

I have tried that and all it does is change the status to that option. The X button does not seem to work
