Even if my cell phone is the only device that I am signed into, and the application is up and running and active on the screen when I call my number Jabber does not ring or even show that there is an incoming call. When I called our help desk that says that's the way it works on iPhone now, but I have an android phone. Outgoing calls still work fine it's just incoming calls. Did Cisco do something to stop this function from working?

We are a webex calling site with no local call manger and this is happening to us as well. The app will work for a little while and on some iPhone without issue but after a while it no longer rings through. My iphone for example working without an issue. But I have another that i have had to reinstall the app many times. both on ios 15.5

It sounds as if your IT department has not done the necessary upgrades and/or configuration for push notifications. This guide explains and provides instructions. Without this, you simply do not get notified when a call is delivered to mobile devices. Basically, Apple let the way here with new requirements in iOS version 13, if I recall correctly. Apps needed to be updates to accommodate new methods, as did the underlying infrastructure.
