Hi,
We have Cisco Mediasense 10.5.1.10000-23 in our test environment. It was playing voice and video calls well, all of a sudden it stopped playing back all calls giving the error below. What might be the reason?

It is working again after Mediasense server restart, but i need to know the reason of this error. If somebody can tell i will be glad, thanks.
