Dear All:

Can anyone please tell me how to install the Duo 2 factor Authentication (2FA) into Samsung Galaxy J7 STAR, SM-J737T1, having the android version 9? The error massage says that the DUO 2FA is not compatible with android 9. Can any of you please help with this installation problem? Thanks a lot.

Duo Mobile is unsupported/not compatible with Android 9: Knowledge Base | Duo Security.

However, you may attempt to side-load Duo Mobile via APK: Knowledge Base | Duo Security.
