Can do Ethernet local switching with 7609 Sup720-3BXL?

Can we do ethernet local switching on router 7609 (Sup720-3BXL and 12.2(18)SXD3)? I cannot find out any method to configure it.

How about the IEEE Bride id.

IEEE bridge-group doens't work in this case.

Ethernet local switching is not supported on the 7609. It will be supported in the new 'Baracuda' release in Q1 2007.
