I have lost an accesory from a swicth metro 3400... how can I buy it?

Hi cisco Guys:

I hope you can help me with this situation. We have a switch metro ME-3400 that works with -48 V DC, but unfortunately we have lost a very important part of the device: The DC terminal block. In case you are wondering with part is this, is the little green thing that allows you to connect the switch to the DC Power, please see the following picture an you will understand what Im talking about

We are sure that the switch is in a good condition... but we can't get it on because we lost this part. The question is:

Does Cisco, or anybody sale this little, but important part??... how can I buy it??... if we lost this accesory, we have lost the whole device and we need to buy another Switch Metro???

Please... help me!!
