I have a doubt about the IEEE 802.3ah standard regarding OAM frame on Ethernet in the first mile.
The scenario is formed by an access switch and on the other side an ONT.
The question is: if the ONT/CPE doesn't support this feature could I use this protocol configuring only the loopback on ONT?
