Interface serial option not showing asr 900 instead of showing serial acr and serial pg

router version ios xe 17.03.04

I have a900-ima48d-c card on asr router

card type e1 0 3

controller e1 0/3/17

int cem 0/3/17

ip commond showing 

error ip configuration not allowed on cem interface

and interface serial command not showing on router

The module you referring was  T1/E1 Module :

Cisco ASR 900 Series 48-Port T1/E1 Module (A900-IMA48D-C)

not that i am aware you can configure IP- check below guide :
