How to make a call with Android Japper application by ArmadaPhone

Dears  , 

i have Android Phone Called armada M3 phone ,which based on android 4.0 

the official Japper application for android didn`t work with me , although i registered Successfully with Cisco call manager 8.1 , but i couldn`t establish a call

i need help in this case please , Is this device supported ?...if not how can you help me in this issue ?

i also have this problem, we can register but service not running well, the reason are on the android on difference smart phone models not in same mechanism although in same version, i have tried with higher spec like sony Z1 the problem same call service not running well.

so its not only depend with your smartphone hardware, but also depend on andoid mechanism unfortunately we cant control the android mechanism, we only can trial to know which phone support the jabber for android
