ASR 900 serial port issue

ASR 900 line card 4 0 and 5 0 controller is installed but interface serial is not showing in asr router . Instead of this showing SERIAL-acr and serial-pg

You need to have the right RSP with the right IOS XE version and you need to set up the card type - either E1 or T1.
