in bgp can we limit the bandwidth without using policy-map.Please find the attchment and send me the solution if possible.No acl required.

AFAIK you cannot limit the bandwidth with the help of any routing protocol.
You may have to use traffic policing on the interface or use CAR.

Hi,
the feature you could use is QoS Policy Propagation in BGP (QPPB). You can mark traffic based on any BGP attribute and use the marking to limit (shape or police) traffic to a required rate.
Have a look at f.e. "QoS Policy Propagation Through the Border Gateway Protocol"
It also works with routers other than the Cisco 10000 series.
