  I know well if we have several paths to the destination, we will BGP Best Path Selection . In which case we were obliged to use BGP Best Path Selection Algorithm?

Bgp run best path selection auto' you dont have option to run ot not run best path' but you can make one path attribute more prefer than other.

Well if you use BGP then BGP Path Selection is applied, so it keep the protocol and routing table stable…..
