Building a business case for low tier ISP to use MPLS L3 VPN

Hi,

Can anyone point me to some references, links, case studies, etc, documents on building a business case for using an MPLS L3 VPN? Currently, low tier ISP uses VRF-lite on POPs connectivity (no backbone).
