Hi Pros,

Are there any free offline tool (a kind of evaluation version) for MPLS TE LSP placement for avoiding packing problem? Would like to test.

There is no free tools for MPLS TE LSP placement for avoiding packing problem. You can go for MPLS OAM Tools. This tools will help you. Certain Software Downloads/Upgrades from Cisco requires Additional access/Valid Service contract. Availing this contract would gives you access to most of the tools and to the Encrypted Software's.
