How forwarding happens with cisco ATOM, L2tpv3 and vpls

Hello Guys,

Trying to understand how packet forwarding happens with different L2vpn Technics. 

What is the difference in packet forwarding with ATOM, L2tpv3 and VPLS. Based on what tables PE routers take forwarding decision?
