MPLS over L2TPv3

HI All,

I have the following setup that I have connected two MPLS routers via L2TPv3 tuunel as shown in the atttahced draw 

My question if I am receiving 2 Mbps from the MPLS routers what is the total rate after adding overhead of L2TPv2, in other words the data rate output of serial interface on  Router 1 and 2
