ping mpls pseudowire RTO in size 1475

Dear Guys,

I have some problem with ping mpls pseudowire with size 1475, here is my output :

7606#ping mpls pseudowire 192.168.2X3.9X2 2400 si 1474 repe 1
Success rate is 100 percent (1/1), round-trip min/avg/max = 12/12/12 ms
7606#ping mpls pseudowire 192.168.2X3.9X2 2400 si 1475 repe 1
Success rate is 0 percent (0/1)
3600#ping mpls ps 192.168.2X5X4.X1X0 2400 si 8000 repe 1
Success rate is 100 percent (1/1), round-trip min/avg/max = 16/16/16 ms

why I cant ping with size 1475 from 7600 to 3600 ? but I can ping with size more than 1475 from reverse direction ?

for the path I have try to make it symmetric using MPLS TE but still the same

is there some way to verify policy or something ?

(i havent tried to ping between dummy because user still online and I dont wanna make the link down even for a while)

Could you please share the following:

- topology between 7600 and 3600. (is a catalyst 3600 switch or ME-3600?)

- from 7600:

 ++ ping 192.168.2X3.9X2 size 1500 df-bit   (capture this output for 1474, 1475 and also for 1500 bytes packet)

++ show run from both PE routers.

Is there any CoPP policy configured?

I think there is no CoPP. here is my config on 3600

but when I want to test the ping mpls ipv4/pseudowire I usually enter
platform qos policer cpu queue x 20000000 2000000 (x=0 or 12)
