It's a SW problem, but going to need to know what version and featureset of code you are running, could you please post a "sh ver" to the forum

Thanks for the answer!!
Cisco recommend us to make these Workarouds:
1.- Reset the VIP (we already did it but the error is appearing again)
2.- Microcode Reload...we haven´t done that because of the affectation (costumers)...
Gallagh i would like to know if you have or know about other workaround...the problem is because is now appearing on other Routers ...=(
Thank you very much for your help!!

These are the workaround from the bug release-note:
- when reconfiguring a channel-group, shut down the interface beforehand
- when reconfiguring a "service-policy" command applied directly to a physical interface, shut down the interface beforehand
- when reconfiguring a "service-policy" command applied to a Multilink interface, shut down the member interface(s) beforehand
- when reconfiguring a "service-policy" command applied to a Frame-relay map-class, remove the map-class from the interface beforehand
Otherwise you are going to have to upgrade to 12.2(19) or later.

Hello, gallag!
It seems is a "bad practice" it seems somebody has been attaching a EMPTY map-class within a subinterface; and after that is creating the map-class..
Thank you very much for your very helpful answer!!!
